To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide career coaching, resume feedback, and interview practice. AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated advice. You should use your own judgment when making career decisions.

7. Job and Internship Listings

Job and internship listings displayed on the Service are aggregated from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing. We are not an employer and are not responsible for hiring decisions, job offers, or employment outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gyre Holdings LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Service (resumes, cover letters, etc.) remains yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gyre Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
